Last night I purchased the Boost Blue 2021 Honda Civic Type R. Sam and Sean were both so kind, friendly, informative, honest, and made the purchasing process seamless. From the moment we drove up we were handled with excellent care and everyone on staff made the experience wonderful. I almost made the mistake of going with another dealership who I had nothing but bad reviews for but my husband has always been pleased with the level of service Hendrick offers so he strongly recommended me not just going with a dealership because they have the car at that exact moment and I am grateful I waited. My alternator quit in me and left me on the side of the road. I called HENDRICK Honda and told them what happened , they asked me where I was and when I told them I was right down the street their service road. I called HENDRICK Honda and told them what happened , they asked me where I was and when I told them I was right down the street their service manager came out himself and got me jump started so I could limp into the store. They installed a new alternator and battery and got me back on the road. Also found out the old battery was the wrong size! Won’t be going back to that dealer on Independence any more! HENDRICK Honda has me as their customer for ever now!! More
First time in 3 years I’m not satisfied with the quality of care I received! He was more interested in all the upsales of things that needed to be fixed rather then my original issue.
