I had an unforeseen car issue that caused me car to be undriveable. I needed the issue fixed ASAP so i called Honda roadside assistance and they had a towing service to my house to pick up my car within a undriveable. Honda service center assessed my car within the hour i arrived and let me know there were further problems that were going to take a couple days to fix. Juan, at the service center, took care of me very quickly and let me know the exact services that needed to be performed on my vehicle. The process was SEAMLESS and i have always encountered wonderful customer service at this location. I also HIGHLY recommend the additional road hazard warranty because my total invoice was $771 and i ended up paying $0 for labor, parts, AND free rental for 2 days. More
