Our experience with Hendrick Honda was one of the best car purchase experiences we have had in awhile. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful from the time we arrived until we left. We had another deal on the table from a competitor with an EXL model and was about to purchase it. However Sandy phoned on New Year's Day and made us a deal we could not refuse. Had it not been for Sandy we would have missed out on a great opportunity. Andrea, my service representative, was aware of my COVID concerns and ensured my time inside was minimized. She arranged for a loaner car so I didn’t have to wait. After having opportunity to look at cars and had in mind what I wanted to purchase, I approached Mr. Joe Ross with my situation and what I was looking for and the price range. He was very helpful with his knowledge, understanding, and professionalism. I was grateful for Joe’s understanding what I wanted and him not trying to put me in what he thought I should get. He talked about my situation and made suggestions but he weighed in on my situation and understood and explained and I was able to get a vehicle that was nice, clean, not a lot of miles, and a CARFAX on the used vehicle.
