My alternator quit in me and left me on the side of the road. I called HENDRICK Honda and told them what happened , they asked me where I was and when I told them I was right down the street their service road. They installed a new alternator and battery and got me back on the road. Also found out the old battery was the wrong size! Won’t be going back to that dealer on Independence any more! HENDRICK Honda has me as their customer for ever now!! More
