He is so knowledgeable and can diagnose a problem In Minutes. He is very thorough in his work. In addition, he treats the customer with respect and is always courteous. My thoughts are that since you always look for ways to improve your service dept, you might consider putting someone of his caliber in charge of training new employees, nit only as relates to actually servicing the autos but training others as relates to customer service in general. Honda S. Blvd exceeded my expectations. I had to get a jump just to get to the dealership because my battery was completely dead. I have no idea why since my Blvd exceeded my expectations. I had to get a jump just to get to the dealership because my battery was completely dead. I have no idea why since my car was still fairly new. Honda took me and got me checked in as an emergency walk in. They replaced the battery at no charge because it was still under warranty. I was out in a timely manner and I am so appreciative. Everything was going ok after I waited over a month for the car to arrive - until I went to pick up vehicle and salesman Marcus and manager Maliki lied to my face !! Wasted approximately 2 hrs of my time the car to arrive - until I went to pick up vehicle and salesman Marcus and manager Maliki lied to my face !! Wasted approximately 2 hrs of my time - was ready to leave without the car when financial guy came over and took charge of the sale- had I not been vigilant with the paperwork I would have been charged more for items that I had already been quoted a price on !
