I've been there 5 times with an audio issue with no resolution. They don't know what the issue is..the audio shuts off after 5 minutes..it shuts off audio along with phone calls and GPS...SO PISSED! Went in for door locks, plug a tire, buy spare key. I showed salesperson the key for $13 at WalMart because it’s unchipped and she said, “I know, but it’s not programmed.” So I spent $150 to plug a tire and can’t afford to fix my locks and lost an entire day at this dealership More
The Honda service department always seems to be friendly and efficient. This visit required multiple services to be preformed.
