We had the difficult task of finding my 17-year-old son his first car in a very difficult pricing and inventory environment. I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Evans, she was patient as we truly di his first car in a very difficult pricing and inventory environment. I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Evans, she was patient as we truly did not have a clue what to buy and more importantly, we wanted something to last him through college. It took us several visits over the course of a month to zero in on the make and model we wanted but the process was not finished there. She then located the exact color and year we wanted. She then arranged for us to complete the transaction over the phone and have the vehicle shipped to our home area. She introduced me to her Finance partner Joseph Gamati to complete the transaction and this is the part I personally do not enjoy as you always get a sales job. To my surprise he did not pressure me or try to sell me anything. Instead, we had a conversation about our future use and needs of the vehicle and he explained a couple options but never applied pressure. We greatly appreciated the time spent with us and his approach as he helped us save money on future up keep of the car. My son is happy beyond belief, and I will definitely call Melissa for my next vehicle need. More
