Brett Armentrout, the collision estimator that was assigned to me was very personable and kept me updated on the progress of repairs at l dealership. Brett Armentrout, the collision estimator that was assigned to me was very personable and kept me updated on the progress of repairs at least weekly if not twice a week. He was readily available when I called. He explained all the multiple problems and repair details. When I picked my car up after repairs he went over everything in as much detail as I requested, provided written and photographic documentation and had me inspect the car for satisfaction. The front desk receptionists were also friendly and accommodating. The repairs restored damaged parts like "brand new"! More
