Once again, I had great service at Hendrick Honda. I got in a nail in a tire and it developed a slow leak. My first inclination was to take it to a local tire shop that was half the distance away. But I have had such great service at Hendrick Honda and especially from my service advisor Don Gunn, that I decided to take it to the dealer. They didn't disappoint. They were able to repair the tire while at the same time, looking over the entire car, providing me a list of suggested service items. There was no pressure whatsoever to complete the suggested service. I have complete faith that these items are needed - normal maintenance items, like brakes and battery, and I will schedule a service visit to get them completed as soon as possible. I plan to purchase my next vehicle from Hendrick Honda. Their customer service overrides brand differences in my opinion. More
