Carter just helped me with financing my new car. I can't say enough good things about him. I was a little anxious about meeting with a finance manager after listening to all the Youtube videos war I can't say enough good things about him. I was a little anxious about meeting with a finance manager after listening to all the Youtube videos warning that I would be pressured into buying a ton of expensive products. BUT, Carter explained all of my options thoroughly and clearly, helped me understand what I needed to protect my new car, answered all my questions, gave me all the time I needed to read through all the contracts and to make decisions (even putting up with me changing my mind several times). And there was NO pressure whatsoever. He went to bat for me to get the lowest possible finance rate (significantly lower than my own bank) and honestly made the whole process so easy, I thought I must be missing something. He knows the products inside and out and is an extremely friendly and honest person. I would highly recommend him and Hendrick Honda. Thank you Carter! Meagin Wright was AMAZING! She was so incredibly and genuinely friendly and personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the CRV Hybrid Sport L that I was interested in buying. Meagin was a huge part of why I decided to buy my new car at Hendrick Honda rather than at another Honda agency, of which there are many in the area. She was happy to take me on an extended test drive so I would understand how the car handled under several different road conditions. She always made me feel that I had all the time in the world to do the test drive, ask as many questions as I wanted, and try out tons of features of the car-- down to the mister and wipers, and all the buttons on the infotainment system. She was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car, and went out of her way to help me register the car on Honda Link and set up Apple CarPlay-- which probably would have taken me at least an hour to figure out on my own. As a first time new car buyer, up until meeting Meagin, the process of car shopping had been a chore, and extremely stressful to me. Especially after watching lots of Youtube videos warning new buyers to Beware of sales tricks to make you spend more than you wanted. There were NO TRICKS at any time with Meagin and Carter (the finance manager). Just sheer friendliness, honesty, and genuine efforts to get me the best possible deal. Meagin made the car buying process FUN-- which I never thought it could be, but which it SHOULD be! Both Meagin and Carter separately told me how close knit the entire team is, and both used the words "we're like a family". That is something you rarely hear in a car dealership, which by nature of the business, fosters competition among colleagues. I can't say enough good things about Meagin, Carter, and my entire experience at Hendrick Honda in South Charlotte. I would, without question, recommend them and this dealership to everyone in search of a car. More
