I can’t say this enough Garret is exactly what I’d expect from a professional sakes consultant. His knowledge and expertise go way beyond anything I’ve expected . Made me feel at ease and as a professional who deals with hundreds of people I am a very hard person to impress but he definitely hit every single check Mark on my book abd when my son arrives he will be going to no one else except Garrett . I have already send an inner email on my company server letting anyone know that if they are in the market for a new or used vehicle he is the best around and that they will not be disappointed. If everyone in this dealership even comes close to Garrett’s standing you guys have an amazing team to be proud of. Need to post this on every review I can find More

I bought this car new in 2016 at Hendrick Honda, & I've only used them for all service (oil changes, new tires, misc.). This visit was for an oil change, tire rotation, and a vehicle detail. I do recommend the service department, but I don't recommend their detail services. This is the 2nd time I've paid for detail service on this car. The first was a couple years ago, and they did a good job on the interior, but the exterior looked like toddlers washed the car - lots of missed dirt (those telltale swirl marks). That resulted in them doing another detail, which they did at no charge, and they did a great job for a do-over (zero complaints there). This detail, however, was just bad overall - they did miss a few smaller spots on the exterior (door areas, mostly), which I could live with, but they didn't wax the center section of the roof, which I unfortunately didn't notice until a few days later with rain. The interior was okay for vacuum (which I had done about 2 months ago, so not much for them to do there), but they just smeared the windshield and other interior glass with ... IDK, dirt? And there was a lot of cleaning spray just sitting on various surfaces. I'll need to clean the interior myself. Anyway, you should work w/ Andrea for service needs, but get your car washed elsewhere. Terrible dealer, not serious people, to say the least. They told me there were ont a prefered State Farm shop so they could not do the estimate or take the car for repairs ???? I told them that I will pay from my pocket and deal with State Farm later, they still refuse it. The manager didnt even come out ( I guess he was busy with "important things" in his office. I purchased my car here 23 years ago and have had all my maintenance done here. The car is still running great.
