Hendrick Honda

I bought my car here in 2012. The last two times I took my car here for routine service. I received subpar service. Last year I took my car for oil change and tire rotation. Befor The last two times I took my car here for routine service. I received subpar service. Last year I took my car for oil change and tire rotation. Before I got to the light my low tire pressure light came on. I immediately turn around and they put air in my tires. I later noticed they did not put the caps back on the tires. This is not a “safety” issue but if they aren’t doing the little things then its safe to safe the big things are not being completed at a quality level either. I went back on 6/28/2023 for routine service (oil change and tire rotation). I was told I needed an alignment. I didn’t think I did but I got one because I hadn’t gotten one since I got my car. They said the car was ready. I got in and before I got down the road it was clear my car was not aligned it was pulling to the left. I addition to the alignment, a valve cover replacement was recommended which I had done (at this point I’m praying it was done). Nonetheless, I left think my car was fine but there is still a slight pull to the left (which was NOT there before), and now there is a rattle (like cans) sound I’m hearing. I saw in the CBJ that rezoning was approved for Hendrix to use land for a manufacturing campus in Matthews. I initially thought oh thats great more training and jobs in the Charlotte area. However, after my recent experiences I think it will be more like a disservice to the area. The last thing anyone needs is dishonest and or sub par services of any kind. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. There will NOT be a third time. Purchase and have your car serviced anywhere but here. More
