I am absolutely disappointed I came to Hendrick Honda to buy a car. As a result, I spent 10 hours there, of which there were only 2 test drives of 15 minutes each. The rest of the time, they constantly chan buy a car. As a result, I spent 10 hours there, of which there were only 2 test drives of 15 minutes each. The rest of the time, they constantly changed their offers to supposedly better ones. As soon as I suspected some kind of catch, the offer was immediately changed to another, supposedly more advantageous one. As a result, they slipped me a contract in which I did not notice how I was losing my own Honda Accord, which they themselves valued at 6,500 and which they accepted as a trade-in. I was not prepared for the fact that I would take a new car on lease, and give my personal one as a trade-in, and the car dealership would include it in the redemption price. The lease amount did not change in any way! And I did not expect that at the end of the lease, if I did not buy this car, I would simply lose my Accord! They thus took my car away from me! In the contract, they indicated 17 miles of mileage, and the odometer showed 85, despite the fact that for each extra mile, I would have to pay extra and this is, in fact, not a new car with such mileage. As a result, they tried to lease me a broken car, which I was not able to pick up from the car dealership. It has been three weeks since I was without my Accord and without a new car. The car dealership refuses to resolve this situation, but I am not satisfied with giving them my car in this way, that I do not receive any money in return! More
