My Honda Ridgeline reached lease end after 3 years and 50k miles. While I was already determined to buy this truck, I was not sure about an extended warranty. I had already knew that Endurance had a pre 50k miles. While I was already determined to buy this truck, I was not sure about an extended warranty. I had already knew that Endurance had a pretty good policy but I really felt more comfortable to going with Honda if I could afford it. Ken Hill in sales and Carter in Finance walked me through the concept of my buyout as a Cerified Pre Own which led me to replace an aging tire with an alignment and a complete end to end inspection which allowed me to purchase the Honda warranty at a reasonable price. In addition I had a refund due me for earlier cancellation of an add on that I was told would be settled at lease end. While I only had my signed receipt for this and it was not in my file, Carter worked it out to get me the $900 refund. Ken got me a loaner while the tire was in the shop and I got my bank financing concluded.
