I bought my car from Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge. I live over an hour away from the dealership, but they had what I wanted. I first corresponded with the internet manager, Alex. He reached out to me after I submitted an online inquiry. He confirmed the vehicles were on the lot. Once I arrived, I met Phillip, my sales person. I told him about the cars I was interested in and he took me to see them. I really liked the vehicle. I had my own financing but Ahmad, sales manager, came over to introduce himself and discuss the numbers with us. He was professional, pleasant, and really fair on the price (especially in the current climate with a chip shortage and a limited number of new cars). He made sure that we were taken care of. He introduced us to Larry. Larry is a finance rep. He made sure that we were getting the best deal (i was using my own financing). He explained all of the optional items , went through all of the paperwork, and wasnt irritated that we changed the title information the next day and had to redo the paperwork. There was an issue with the network at my bank which prevented them from printing my check. The entire team was super patient and we made sure that we communicated any updates. When we came to pick up the car, Phillip sat in the car with us and helped us to get acclimated to the features of the car and showed us how everything worked. He was patient and detailed. We had such a positive experience, we would have no problem coming that far in the future to purchase another car from them. I have spent almost a full year looking for a Honda Element Blue color with low miles and minimal damage. The struggle is real, as most people trashed their vehicle. It was a one owner vehicle, had only 128,000 miles on it, and clearly you could see it was cared for on the inside. Headliner was incredible, a lot of the plastics were in great shape and not faded. I am in Florida, so it was a risk to buy a vehicle without ever looking at it. Not only did David Neuman meet my expectations, but he also exceeded them. Instead of having me wait for the vehicle to come via transport, he had one of his salespeople Khalid drive it down personally to me. Now that is going above and beyond even my expectation. On the way down a plastic pillar piece came off, so I ordered a new one, provided David a copy of the receipt, and he reimbursed me. My Mother, Sister, have dealt with the Hendrick down in Daytona before they sold and the service ay all locations have been great. Anytime, a dealership has one of their salespeople drive it from Virginia to Florida, you know you made the right choice. I am still grateful that I found the vehicle I have been looking for almost a year.
