Vehicle Maintenance I recently took my 2007 CR-V to Hendrick Honda to have some work done since I was experiencing some vibration when I applied my brakes and could also I recently took my 2007 CR-V to Hendrick Honda to have some work done since I was experiencing some vibration when I applied my brakes and could also hear tingling noise when idling. I met with Chris Bernard in the maintenance shop. He was very courteous, professional and captured my concerns accurately. They were able to locate, identify, and repair my warped brake rotors and the damaged heat shield on my exhaust. Additionally, they provided the best printout of other potential issues and talked me through each. Although I declined on several, i knew some of them had to be done. Chris worked very closely with me in getting everything repaired and then, looked for every opportunity to save me money and was able to do so much to my surprise. It was probably one of my better service visits to any dealership or repair shop. More

Sylvester was great. Gave me no pressure at all. I could have gone else where but because of how he treated me, I stuck with him. I defiantly will recommend him and hendrick honda to anyone. The only reason this isn't a 5 star rating is because financing wanted to convince me to get a newer more expensive car done I budgeted for. More
