The first time we came to Pompano Honda, we met with one of the salesmen named Rene. We were not ready to make a purchase at that time, but Rene did an excellent job of following up with us via phone to ke of the salesmen named Rene. Unfortunately, when we WERE ready to come in this month, Rene was not able to be in at the time. So, we got the pleasure to work with David Emmer. Mr. Emmer did a great job of making our car purchase hassle free. We were able to agree on a price for our lease within a half an hour of walking in to the dealership, and David made sure that all of the paperwork and transfer of our previous car went smoothly. He also was very patient with us when reviewing the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. He assisted us with transferring our carseats, and helped us load our cell phones' phonebooks into the Bluetooth/hands-free system. I bought a few cars in my day and I own an Acura Rl now for perspective. I was dreading the F&I nightmare that I have come across in the past. I have dealt with pushy salesman, hard xxxxx, many different types of personalities in the car business. We tried to purchase a car from Pompano Honda. We test drove with them. Unfortunately, we didn't come to an agreement on price. But I will add this review for insight for anyone looking for good service and a friendly car shopping experience. At no time did I feel overly pressured. I felt everyone we dealt with was up front and honest with us. Overall, All 3 guys were very professional and kept in excellent contact throughout the entire process. My wife and I would gladly send any friends or family over to Pompano Honda to the 3 employees mentioned above. It was one of our best shopping experiences even though we didn't purchase the vehicle from this dealer.
