Yesterday evening, I made a decision to BEGIN looking for a vehicle. I went online, and within less than 10 minutes, I received a call from Randall at Pompano Honda. My salesman, Max, was confident, friendly, and knowledgeable! He told me I had to look no farther than Pompano Honda for a new car. I took a test drive, and I loved the vehicle immediately. He had been right! I found the car I wanted! Within minutes, he worked his fingers to the bone to get me a price I could afford. Max then introduced me to the finance guy, Armad. I never saw such hard working people before! The finance guy was reassuring and by far the nicest finance person I've ever dealt with before! I was so comfortable with my sales person and finance guy, that I am sure I will never go anywhere else for service or sales. Pompano Honda receives an A+++++++ in my book! My husband and I are the kind of people that DETEST buying a car because of the hassle of negotiating and the time it takes to actually finish the purchase. It can be worse than buying a home! I cannot begin to tell you how extremely professional and straight forward Al was with us from the minute we walked through the door. There was no haggling over price or details, and he had our paperwork in order quickly. In fact, had it not been for our insurance company that gave us the run-around for over an hour, we would have been out of the dealership and on our way in no time at all! We were so impressed with how wonderfully Al handled the transaction of our van that my husband returned two days later and purchased a new Crossover! SAME experience. I went to Pompano Honda on 12/30/2010 with the intention to finance a car and honestly didn't have a good experience with one of the internet car salesman. Once his manager was aware of what had happened he to finance a car and honestly didn't have a good experience with one of the internet car salesman. Once his manager was aware of what had happened he promptly contacted me. I was called back and directed to another salesperson, Mr. Luis Medeiros which I definitely recommend to anyone. His service was excellent! I settled for a different deal, not really the one I had in mind; however, I must say it was reasonable and it worked for me. I’m waiting on 2011 model that will be delivered in the beginning on the week of 12/03/2011. Overall, Pompano Honda make sure you are offered good Deals and Services!
