Elie was my salesman who meet me outside as I approached the dealership. I thought he was going to be like all the other salesmen from other dealerships(Coral Springs Auto Mall) selling dreams while trying the dealership. I thought he was going to be like all the other salesmen from other dealerships(Coral Springs Auto Mall) selling dreams while trying to get over on thr customers. Elie was the complete opposite. I knew what I was looking for so he showed me the diffrent models and then allowed me to make my decision. No pressure at all. We worked out a good deal and they even detailed my car before leaving! The service was topnotch and it was everything people desire a car buying experience to be. Easy and without a hasle. Elie was great and waited on us until I left the lot that night before leaving to go home. Great customer service, great dealership! More

This is my second car ( Honda) leased at this location and I must say that the customer experience was great both times. During this most recent transaction under the Hendrick banner , however, I was re and I must say that the customer experience was great both times. During this most recent transaction under the Hendrick banner , however, I was really struck by how many more members of the team engaged with me than when you were Pompano Honda. As a retired CEO of a large hospital in New York, I think I am a good judge of caring and motivated employees and what elements make up good service.The knowledge base and people skills were in evidence throughout by the caring individuals cited above. John Resnick was my first contact( via email) and, he met me as agreed very cordially along with Mansur Khawaja. An immediate rapport was established and I felt comfortable and a sincerity that these folks would work with me to a mutually beneficial end. I felt no to low pressure and only greater confidence gained from the maturity and experience level I sensed in both gentlemen, underscore gentlemen! Understanding the division of labor, Mansur and John worked together and separately to craft the best deal and the best car. They were especially patient and understanding as they worked with me while I was getting repeated counseling from an absent( and tough) negotiating partner( my wife ) who happened to be in New York. She was making sure I did not misstep.I did not. Besides getting a beautiful 2013 totally tricked out Civic, she was pleased that I had negotiated a little and was treated very fairly which is another noteworthy positive and takeaway, oftentimes not found in dealerships. The exact car was quickly sourced; it was ready as scheduled; there were no surprises. Your credit/closer, Ned, was equally professional, competent and cordial so ,on whole, I give high marks to your associates who should all be reinforced because they are all a credit to your company. BUT without John Grasmick's (BDC Director) final touches we would have left Hendrick Honda in Pompano with an overall bad impression of the dealership's principles in general. A few weeks ago my car broke in the middle of the road. I got towed to the closest dealership which was this one. I was helped by Justin Fernadez. He assisted me throughout the whole process and got the car ready for me very quickly. I took the opportunity to mention to him that my car was due for a paint recall. He scheduled the appointment and assisted with that service as well. During the process, he would contact me to let me know about the status of the job and when I could pick up the car. That is customer service. My car is in very good conditions now and looks like new. Justin Fernandez has great customer service skills and that made the stressful situation I went through a bit less stressful. I appreciate the attention. For my next car I will go visit this dealer first. During my visit to this dealer, I experienced great customer service and quality. More
I brought my vehicle in for the suspension component recall. Shortly in to my wait time Erica asked to speak with me. I couldn't believe my ears when she said they were going to paint my car & provide a recall. Shortly in to my wait time Erica asked to speak with me. Erica was so kind, empathetic & really took the care & time to explain everything to me. My faith in Honda has been restored, thank you for doing the right thing. We walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Justin and Liz in the service department and they were FANTASTIC! They were friendly, honest and not pushy. The sales team was horrible.....as soon as we walked into the showroom they tried to sell us a car. We sat down and we were, $2000 upside down and if I leased a car, my monthly note would have gone up $125! Meanwhile on their website, it talks about leasing the same car that we were interested with 0 money down for $150 less than what I pay now! I will not go back there to buy or lease a car........only for the service department. Bonnie More
