I had been searching for a new Honda Odyssey for quite some time, and every dealer I called said they would get me a van, I even went as far as putting a deposit down at my local dealer, on the hopes we c some time, and every dealer I called said they would get me a van, I even went as far as putting a deposit down at my local dealer, on the hopes we could get my first choice color, with no guarantee of getting it. When I called Bradenton I was assured that I would get my van in less than a week, and they said they would get me my first choice color. I was a little weary at first, but decided it was worth a chance. 4 days later they called me and said my van had arrived, and was ready to be picked up. I was completely shocked. When I went to pick up my van, I was waiting for a surprise (of something to go wrong- after driving a long distance), but it was exactly as promised. Thank you Honda Cars of Bradenton, you made buying my new van easy and got me what we wanted! More

When it came to the finance department I had the pleasure of working with Steve Morris for the 2nd time and the finance process was smooth sailing due to the work of Steve. My first contact with Honda Cars of Bradenton was through there internet Sales dept. I worked with Mike King and he was very knowledgable and friendly through internet chat. I spoke with the internet Manager, Ryan Piddington and he was very clear and precise with the online pricing and procedures. I set an appointment and came in later that day and drove home with my new Accord. I hate to wait on paperwork, but setting up the appointment made the process so much quicker. More
My son had rear new rear brake pads installed (approx. $200) by Honda Cars of Bradenton on his out-of-warranty Accord. They wore out in fewer than 5,000 miles and he was then forced to have them re-insta $200) by Honda Cars of Bradenton on his out-of-warranty Accord. They wore out in fewer than 5,000 miles and he was then forced to have them re-installed with new calipers for an additional $700 at another Honda dealer that was out of state. That’s $900 for rear brakes in less than 5,000 miles! YIKES! I never heard of brakes wearing out so fast before. If one caliper had gone bad, I could say it was a coincidence that it failed shortly after being worked on by Bradenton Honda. But, to have both calipers fail is no coincidence, and leads me to believe something was either done incorrectly or over-looked by Bradenton. When my son questioned the service management as to why the brakes needed replacing so soon…..he was asked questions like “do you drive through a lot of puddles”. I really do not know what the correct answer to that question would be, after all Bradenton is in Florida and it has been known to shower there occasionally! The service management accepted absolutely no responsibility, hinting they always do perfect work and have never made a mistake. I wrote letters to American Honda Motors three times (November, February, and March) and have never received the courtesy of a reply. I have written to Matt Woods, General Manager at Bradenton Honda and have not received the professionalism or courtesy of a reply. I asked for an explanation as to what could have caused the brakes to fail, besides the deadly sin of driving through puddles. No reply! I asked for my son to be reimbursed (the original $200) since the brake pads had to be done twice. No reply! I know a few Honda service managers, since I have purchased 6 new Honda vehicles over the years, and they all told me what would cause the premature failure of the brake pads and the cause ALWAYS goes back to Bradenton Honda. These same service managers told me they would “do the right thing” and refund the cost of the job, since it had to be done again out of state. I was also told that American Honda Motors never gets involved with out of warranty repairs, which is not entirely true…..so my advice to everyone is to never bring your out-of-warranty car back to the Bradenton dealership for service and avoid their exorbitant labor rates and total lack of responsibility! American Honda can apply pressure to a dealer to “do the right thing” or reimburse the customer, but they chose not to in this case. To repeat one last time…..NO REPLY FROM AMERICAN HONDA MOTORS! NO REPLY FROM MATT WOODS, GM AT BRADENTON HONDA! Is this the customer service and support you would expect? I can only imagine the support given by Matt Woods and his staff after a new car purchase. This total lack of customer sensitivity and support starts at the corporate level and extends to Bradenton Honda management. This incident has turned me sour on Honda products. After purchasing 6 new Honda automobiles, I have had enough. American Honda corporate management needs to wake up. There are too many other good choices out there! BUYER BEWARE!! More
Best new car buying experience I've had to date. They have a very good internet quote system. They still have a gimmick: quote a low price, and then add a bunch of dealer-installed options at list, but o have a very good internet quote system. Mark Russell the sales manager worked hard to give us a great deal within our financial boundaries and did not do the old pressure tactic routine that most of us are used to when buying a car. Both Adam and Mark gave us what we asked for in a timely manner. They really listened to us! The finanace department, where we dealt with Brian and Darren, also wowed us. Brian talked to us about our options upfront so there were no surprises when it came time to do our final finance paperwork. They both wrapped things up in record time and were very helpful with our questions. The service department was outstanding in the way they got our new car ready for delivery. Scott covered everything that our CRV had done prior to Adam delivering it to me. I know it will be a pleasure when it comes time to have it serviced and not a hassle. Every single employee that we came in contact with made us feel welcome and happy to be there. I can't say enough good things about our incredible experience. Do yourself a big favor the next time you go to buy a car and go to Honda Cars of Bradenton and ask for Adam Lazar. More

Honesty, friendliness and fairness seems to be the basis for HondaCars of Bradenton as far as I can see. I dealt with Ryan for my last car, a 2007 CRV, and the way I was treated I just had to go back and s for HondaCars of Bradenton as far as I can see. Could not have been a better transaction! I started off checking on prices others were reporting on Edmunds.com, then contacted Honda of Bradenton for a price. Adam responded. I told him what I've been seeing online and he beat the price. I told him I was going to shop his price around and give him an opportunity to do better if anyone beat it. Of five dealers, only one could (Kuhn in Tampa) and they were also terrific to deal with. But, I kept to my word and came back to Adam. He did what he promised to do, arranged everything for me, got me what I wanted with even nicer features than I expected, and did everything exactly to my timeframe. I'm sure I'm a pain to work with because I like everything fully explained and detailed in writing but he was great to work with. He even programmed my radio stations from my lease turn-in vehicle while I was finishing paperwork. His customer service instincts are spot-on and he's not a pushy sales-jerk like one might expect to find. I hope he's still there when I go back in three years! (I leased again.) More
