After having a less than satisfactory experience with a different dealer, it was a refreshing change to deal with the people at Honda Cars of Bradenton. At no time did my wife and i feel pressured or badge different dealer, it was a refreshing change to deal with the people at Honda Cars of Bradenton. At no time did my wife and i feel pressured or badgered into making a deal. From the minute we walked in the staff was friendly courteous and attentive. Our salesman, Brandon Boman let us take as much time as we needed and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When it came time to getting down to negotiation, it was short, sweet and successful. My wife and i both felt we made a fair deal for our 2010 Insight. Dealing with Brittany Aiscowitz was a good experience also. She explained all the paperwork thoroughly and showed us a few different warranty/ service options, one of which we took advantage of. Also let me mention when we returned a couple days later to drop off some paperwork , Brandon took the time to address a couple small issues that we noticed after taking delivery of the car. That's good customer service. Finally, let me say that this is our first experience owning a Honda automobile and i'm sure if the car is as good as the people at your dealership we'll be enjoying it for many years. This was my 5th new car purchase. My first for a Honda. I had been researching SUVs for over 6 months. The dealership was already closed but I was going to walk around with my husband checking their vehicles out. Lincoln greeted us and told us to take our time, that he was in no hurry to leave and that he would help us in anyway that he could. I have never met a more thorough sales person in my life!!! He was less concerned about whether I was going to "buy today" and more concerned that I learned every single thing about the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. Both he and Rafael stayed with us until 8:30pm! The next day we went back and finalized everything. Brian Smith, who we did our financials with was very nice and professional. Before I left, Lincoln made sure that my car was set up (lots of technology settings) Since my purchase two weeks ago, I have been called numerous times to ensure that I was happy and that I was adjusting and understanding all of the bells and whistles in my car. I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!!! At the very least, when looking for a new vehicle, check out Honda Cars of Bradenton...I can almost bet that will be your last stop!!! More

Tammmy Hines is probaly the best service rep I have had to deal with in all the times I have owned cars. She is extremely personable, checks my car out to see that the mechanics have done their job and do to deal with in all the times I have owned cars. I have never had anyone in any dealership who is more customer oriented and has quickly done every thing to please me. It is people like her that make you a loyal customer and want to come back. My 2001 Odyssey and used 2006 Lexus, both purchased there, have performed beautifully. Tammy has been my service advisor since day one and I wouldn't think of seeking service assistance from anyone else. I would go out of my way to buy there when next I purchase a Honda or any other vehicle they offer. There is not a better dealer in Bradenton, or on the East or West Coasts--in my opinion. More
