This was my 5th new car purchase. My first for a Honda. I had been researching SUVs for over 6 months. The dealership was already closed but I was going to walk around with my husband checking their vehicles out. Lincoln greeted us and told us to take our time, that he was in no hurry to leave and that he would help us in anyway that he could. I have never met a more thorough sales person in my life!!! He was less concerned about whether I was going to "buy today" and more concerned that I learned every single thing about the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. Both he and Rafael stayed with us until 8:30pm! The next day we went back and finalized everything. Brian Smith, who we did our financials with was very nice and professional. Before I left, Lincoln made sure that my car was set up (lots of technology settings) Since my purchase two weeks ago, I have been called numerous times to ensure that I was happy and that I was adjusting and understanding all of the bells and whistles in my car. I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!!! At the very least, when looking for a new vehicle, check out Honda Cars of Bradenton...I can almost bet that will be your last stop!!! More

Tammmy Hines is probaly the best service rep I have had to deal with in all the times I have owned cars. She is extremely personable, checks my car out to see that the mechanics have done their job and do to deal with in all the times I have owned cars. Tammy has been my service advisor since day one and I wouldn't think of seeking service assistance from anyone else. I called Honda Cars of Bradenton, returning a call I recieved from them earlier that day and had the pleasure of speaking with Mark Russell, the General Sales Manager at the dealership. I was in the market for a new vehicle and hadn't really considered Honda, despite the fact that my brother had just gotten a new Civic the past week. Mark asked me to come down and see him and I told him that I didn't want to waste the gas. Mark told me he would reimburse me for the gas and, after telling him what I was looking for, I headed to the dealership. Upon arriving I went and looked for Mark and after meeting him he introduced me to Rolf Visser, a sales and leasing consultant. I told Rolf what I was looking for, and after he had collected some info from me we headed out into the lot. After I had selected a car I went back in and started working out the details. Later when I got home I found out that one of the features that I wanted on the car wasn't included, despite the fact that Rolf had said it was. I called Rolf and he apologized for misinforming me and told me that they would have the feature added to the car at no cost to me. Wow, that was unexpected! The next day I went down and signed the paperwork. I was thrilled with the service I had recieved thus far and also with the way Rolf had handled his mistake. Imagine my surprise when Rolf called me the next day and asked me to come down and resign the paperwork because they had gotten me a better interest rate! I was shocked, they had yet again exceeded my expectations. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and respectful, whether they were dealing with me directly or not! This has been the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had! If you are reading this and are looking for a car, you owe it to yourself to go see my friends at Honda Cars of Bradenton. You will not be disappointed. Trust me, I went to other dealerships and no one treated me as well as they did, not even close.
