Bought a 2015 Honda CRV! I have had great experiences previously from Hendrick Honda. This is the fourth vehicle my wife and I have purchased from the dealership over the las I have had great experiences previously from Hendrick Honda. This is the fourth vehicle my wife and I have purchased from the dealership over the last twelve years. She drives a 2012 Honda Pilot and loves it. Both of us take out vehicles to the service department for oil changes and regular maintenance. I have never had a problem with any of the four vehicles that was not quickly repaired at no cost by the service department. The sales staff is excellent and not pushy at all. They answered all my questions and worked with my time table to get the best vehicle for me. I would encourage anyone getting a new vehicle to check with Hendrick Honda before finalizing their purchase. You will not regret it. More

Second purchase in 2 1/2 years- FIRST CLASS DEALER! Upon our initial trip to this dealership, we Met with Mike Knight, a first class guy that we bought a car from. Sadly, I'm ashamed to say, I could not remember his name when we returned to the dealership the second time. We did not see Mike on our second visit , but were greeted by Gary Kinnear. He was very friendly and helpful in showing us Hendrick's products. We decided on a civic Si coupe. My wife loves it. Everyone from Gary to Rodney and Chris in financing were first rate. When we came back to have the paint and fabric protection applied, we were greeted by Ray Raymond in service, who promptly noted our concerns about the detail and assured us that everything would be handled. He was right. When we came back the car looked like a million dollars!!! Ed Ferri, the detail manager would not let anyone touch the car to fuel it up until we had seen and approved of the work. WOW! again, I have never had such great treatment from any vehicle purchase, and I have bought a lot of cars. We even received a call from the general sales manager Mark Russell to make sure that we were completely happy with our purchase and to ask about our experience with Gary. We also received follow-up from Gary to make sure that we were happy with the detail and that there were no issues with anything.
