Putting the pleasure back into buying a new car I have always felt buying a new car should be a pleasant experience and not an ordeal. Unfortunately, it usually turns out to be an ordeal. My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience purchasing our new Honda Accord EX-L from Beth. She was professional, friendly and extremely patient throughout the entire process and her manager and coworkers did everything possible to make us happy. The Service Department even replaced a chrome piece in the grill which had a small factory blemish while we waited. We can't say enough about Beth and the dealership. If you want a great car at a great price these are the people to see as far as we are concerned. We recommend them to everyone we know. Thanks again, Beth! More

Hendrick Honda wasn't my first stop as I had already planned to look at several other vehicles before coming to Hendrick Honda. I wasn't happy with the level of service I received at the "other" place I visited. They didn't listen to me about my situation and was only focused on getting me into a NEW car. Something, with a family of 5, I couldn't afford at this time. After walking out of that dealership, I headed to Hendrick Honda, not knowing what to expect. Boy, was I ever surprised. I met with Tony Bradford, whom I have had several e-mails and text with in the week prior to my visit. Mr. Bradford listen to me and listen to my situation and help me find the right car for me. I purchased and beautiful used car that fit my budget and am very pleased. The entire staff at Hendrick Honda was very helpful and made my visit enjoyable. I will absolutely return to Hendrick Honda in the future and tell everyone I know to go to Hendrick Honda if they are looking for a down home friendly place to shop for a vehicle. I will never buy a new car! Had to turn in my new 2015 Odyssey it did not meet Hondas or my standards. Hondas are great when new. Second 2015 Odyssey so far is a good car. No pressure, no tactics, only a smooth transparent process that instantly made me feel comfortable and that I was being treated honestly. It never occurred to me that buying a car could be so effortless. From the minute I walked in, I was managed in an efficient and courteous way. I was informed of the steps in the process all along the way and updated frequently with the status of the thing we were working on at the moment. We recently reached lease end on our 2012 CRV and struggled with the decision of buying it or leasing a newer model. Tony Bradford sat down with us, listened to our dilemma, and within minutes we were in a 2015 CRV test driving to get a feel for the newer model vs the 2012. Needless to say, that sealed the deal...bring on the 2015. What amazed us the most was the genuine concern from Tony; he listened, he responded, and then delivered, answering all our questions along the way! and no high pressure sales pitches happening here...loooved that part! He did not waste any time getting the paper work started and a big shout out to Luis in Finance who was amazing! He had all the documents for us, ready to sign and within minutes we were shaking hands thanking him for making this part of the experience fast and painless! We are still surprised at how quickly and easily it all came together! It was, quite frankly, jaw dropping!
