I forgot how to reset my I-phone and pair it with my Honda Pilot. I walked into Hendricks Bradenton and we usually deal with RC and Ray. This lovely, friendly person, Levi Dillard, a service rep, offered to help me reset and programme my I-Phone and link it with the Honda Pilot. He spent over 25 minutes assisting me with the linkage. He had a wonderful, positive attitude, the kind we've come to expect from Hendricks Bradenton. And of course I was not disappointed. Thank you Levii and thank you Hendricks Bradenton. More

"Patient and Helpful" I brought my father-in-law's Accord in for an oil change (he is 88.) While waiting, my wife and I decided to look at the Honda Hybrid. We did not plan to buy a new car, but Richard Steenstra, who is now our favorite car salesman, encouraged us to drive one. We did and really were impressed. After say "NO" to the first couple price cuts, the finance people asked, "What would it take for us to sell you the car?" My wife gave them a figure, they worked it out, we got a fair deal and bought the car. We love the car, it runs like a dream and we expect to drive it for ten years. Thank you, Richard! More

A long way to go for a good deal My friends and family were amazed that I would travel from south Georgia to Bradenton to buy a truck but it was worth the effort. I knew what I wante My friends and family were amazed that I would travel from south Georgia to Bradenton to buy a truck but it was worth the effort. I knew what I wanted and then checked the internet to find the best deal. I actually thought I had found my truck at another dealership. I explained that it would be a week before I could visit so this OTHER dealership demanded a $1000 deposit to hold the truck. Then they sold it to someone else. So I went with my second choice in Bradenton. They held the truck for me without a deposit and had it ready for inspection when I arrived. Christie Breaux was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Although registration and insurance were in a different state, all of that was handled in Bradenton. I love my truck and driving home was a pleasure. My family and friends are now equally impressed (almost covetous). Thank you, Christie. More

INCREDIBLE EVERYTHING!!!! I literally can not say enough good things about this Hendrick Honda!! EVERY person we came into contact with or even walked past greeted me so polite I literally can not say enough good things about this Hendrick Honda!! We met up with sales first meeting Tony Pinto, he is so down to Earth, relatable, and we NEVER felt any pressure! He always made sure we were happy even offering us complimentary water, coffee and popcorn while we waited for the next steps! We then moved forward in the process of finding out the payments and affordability, we met Rodney Miles and he was SO friendly and sweet and really took great care of us, I mean THE BEST. Seriously hands down the BEST EXPERIENCE! He was so easy to work with and made sure that we were able to afford what we were getting! Then we met Taylor Christiansen for signing all of the paperwork and he was SO helpful in finding us the best APR we could get! We were there for a few hours and during that time we were always asked if they could freshen up our drinks made sure we weren't too cold and was so polite! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to ALL of my friends, family, co workers, and for that fact anyone who will listen because it was REALLY the best experience for my husband and I!! More
