Highly recommend. Surprisingly easy. I live in Melbourne FL and was essentially price shopping for a specific Honda in Florida. My first experience was a quick phone call which connected me with Mark Russell (Sales Manager). He was polite, focused, and quicky addressed my concerns which included a no nonsese reasonable price (in stark contrast with other FL dealerships). We agreed and began the completion of the purchse.. He also made recommendations which I did not ask about, which saved me an addtional $500.00 with FL DMV. I next dealt with Christie Breaux for the remainder of the purchase. She was excellent in over-communicating all of my concerns to ehsure that there would be no disconnects or misunderstanding. It was essentially a 3 hr drive (one way) for me to come to the dealer to pick up the car. I continued to delay the pick up date becuase my wife came down with the flu. The dealership was very understanding and continued to work with us (esp Christie). The day we picked up the car Christie essentially walked up through the process. My wife was very confused about the use of Apple CarPlay [essentially her iPhone] not the car, and Christie was an angel patiently addressing my wife's kinda dumb questions (the car was for my wife). Apparently Hendrick has a quality/ethos policy which has been inculcated into all the dealerships (and it shows). The organization was commited to my satisfaction and went to great lengths to ensure my understanding of the purchase, operation of the vehicle, and warranty. Their training program must be pretty good because they understand the product. (Finance) Adam Narkiewicz was also helpful, thorough, and friendly in the important elements of the financial ramifications of my decisions despite the fact I financed elsewhere. He conveyed important information on DMV, the loan, and warranty nuances. For my next car, Hendrick Honda is clearly my "go to" dealer despite the distance. Thanks Mark, Christie, Adam! JD More
