Best Auto Purchase Experience Ever! Period. Our recent move to a private, bridgeless barrier island with no businesses and seashell roads led us to reevaluate our automotive needs. Primary mode Our recent move to a private, bridgeless barrier island with no businesses and seashell roads led us to reevaluate our automotive needs. Primary mode of transportation is golf cart, bicycle and our own two feet. Our prized, BMW sports car no longer made sense and our aging Honda Pilot became our go to, work horse for provisions from the mainland. The plan was to trade both vehicles in toward a 2017 Pilot. Never a fan of the look of the 2010 Pilot, it had proved itself as the most functional and reliable SUV ever owned. We loved the sleek lines of the newly designed Pilot and reviews, so our decision was solid. We contacted the Honda dealership that was servicing our current SUV, explained our intentions and handed them 2 trade-ins and a new car sale on a silver platter. We could not believe how badly we were treated and we walked. I started over online, located the 2017 Pilot we desired at Hendrick of Bradenton (no prior knowledge of this dealership or referral) and lobbed an email inquiry. Within minutes, received return email from internet sales. Called Alicia the next day. Explained our situation and she listened attentively to our needs as well as empathized our frustration from the nightmare we walked from. Enter Elizabeth Faragher. One word: INTEGRITY! We were treated professionally and kindly. Her communication skills; outstanding and prompt. Her product knowledge; superior. If she did not have an answer or was unsure, she did not bluff her way thru. She did not try to "up sell" us in any way. She was in tune with our needs and sensitive to the our negative experience making sure that every step of our relationship would be positive. We were never pressured or rushed. She offered lowest possible, up front pricing without haggling; over 1k under next best price for like vehicle within 350 mile radius. It was clear she truly cared about us. An extremely poised young lady, wise beyond her years. I highly recommend Elizabeth if you are even remotely considering a Honda product. We traveled nearly 2 hours out of town because she earned our trust over the phone. She did not disappoint and exceeded all expectations. Miles well traveled indeed. Well done, Elizabeth. Thank you! Traveled over 1 hour to dealership and they tried to change the price/deal on me, way over our local Honda dealer's offer. Beware of bait and switch scheme from this dealership. Gift card for test drive didn't work neither. What a waste of time and gas. More
