Great people! I had been searching for a car for months and went to see several dealers. Some didn’t even give me the time of day, but Hendrick Honda was instantly I had been searching for a car for months and went to see several dealers. Some didn’t even give me the time of day, but Hendrick Honda was instantly different. When we walked in the door we were warmly greeted and even though they were clearly busy, Elizabeth and Tony made sure we were accommodated while trying to finish up with other customers. They were polite and very helpful as we found a car and put absolutely no pressure on us as we were discussing the car, even though they had closed an hour and a half before we left. Greg Wilbur walked over, introduced himself, and asked me what kind of vehicle I was looking for. He was friendly, very polite and professional. Best of all, Greg listened to to me rather than trying to push me towards a certain vehicle. Even though I was on the Honda lot, Greg didn't hesitate to show me a variety of different makes and models that were in the price range, year, and mileage that we discussed. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of comparable makes and models across all price ranges and years. He introduced me to his manager, and teamed with him to help me find the right vehicle for my son, who is a first time driver. Greg came to work in his off-time to enable my wife and I to test drive the car and immediately answered all of my calls and texts. To sum it up, Greg Wilbur walked us through each step of the process from searching for the right car to purchase and delivery with patience and diligence.
