Wow they did it again. I moved from NJ 4 years ago and one of my many concerns was finding a car dealer/service provider that didn't feel cookie cutter. I'm not a "car" person, meaning I want to put my faith in the professionals. I chose Hendrick Honda because of the name (big NASCAR fan here), but it's the people that keep me coming back. From the excellent service they provided to my old 2013 and 2015 CR-V, to the experience of leasing both my 2015 and 2018 CR-V. Pernell Engram made a usually stressful time seem fun! I was actually in to service my 2015, but with the lease ending he made it possible to get me into a brand new car. He listened to what I wanted and in less time that it would have taken to service my current CR-V, he had me driving away in a brand new 2018. As always he took the time to make sure that the I was comfortable before I left the dealership and followed up with a phone call to make sure all was good. And I know that when my current lease is up I'll be back to see Pernell for a new one!! Thanks again for your outstanding dealership! More
