He was patient and listened to our story. The other dealerships were not clear and upfront with their terms, and it lead to huge miscommunications. Michal was very clear and upfront with the terms on a couple of new Civic options, and he gave us the best offer he could on our trade in. We didn't have to wait nearly as long as other dealership for them to give us the numbers. He could see we were still concerned about going a little over our budget, so he brought a gentleman from the used car side of the store who had another option for us. We wanted to sleep on it and come back the next day, and they didn't give us a lot of grief about that. The next day we came back and bought a new 2018 Civic Ex. Shauna Harger helped us through all the finance paperwork and was very friendly and fast, and we drove away very satisfied. More
