I always receive great service at Hendricks. They completed the recall on the Ridgeline factory bed cover. Jasmine Young was a pleasure to work with. HOWEVER, the car wash left spots all over the completed the recall on the Ridgeline factory bed cover. Jasmine Young was a pleasure to work with. HOWEVER, the car wash left spots all over the paint and windshield. I had to scrub the windshield to get whatever was used off. The paint is still spotted but hopefully when I wash it it’ll resolve the issue. More

I do not recommend this dealership. Love the car. The Salesperson Will was fantastic. I ordered leather and they have taken the car twice and put the wrong pattern leather and color twice now. The manager will not give me my money back. My only option is to let them try again or let them take the leather out. I have had the car for 4 months now and this is still wrong. Scott the sales manager has no clue how to handle situations where things need to be taken care of. He also said corporate agree's with is offerings. Basically take my daughter's car again and trust on the third time they may get it correct. Out a car for two days each time and disappointed customer each time we pick it up. This car is sporty and so were the original seats. Now it's very plain and cheap looking. I do not respect bad service and attitudes. He acts like he is doing me a favor. How about if you cared the first or second time this would already be right. He was the person who sold the seats to me. Assured me they would be the exact same look just in leather. Then two different tries and still not even close. Clearly his attention to detail or standing behind the product he sells are foreign to him. Take the money and just let the customer deal with subpar work and not even close to what was ordered. How many times should I allow them to try?? Seriously. More
