Everytime I come in it always seems to be something, which is pretty upsetting considering the day I purchased my car I was extremely happy. To make a long story short for this go around with Honda Bra which is pretty upsetting considering the day I purchased my car I was extremely happy. To make a long story short for this go around with Honda Bradenton, I will never purchase prepaid packages of any sort with Honda going forward as I was told a certain amount of oil changes I had left from one person then was told none upon arrival. When I decline suggested services, it is as if I am being talked down to and I do not appreciate that either. I am very nice when I come in, I have my vehicle serviced there which I don't have to do, I have been polite every time and seem to have issues. Another occasion the guy waited so long to start my oil change just to try to sell me $600 worth of other services when I explained I had my toddler with me for one and for two wasn't able to spend that kind of money, even after letting him explain as I know it is their job to do so. Last time I was in I stated I just got new tires and didn't want them rotated. They were rotated anyway. This time I could have used that rotation. More
