I told him I was looking for certain features like Bluetooth, heated seats, etc. Brad already knew I had an attraction to performance, so by the time I arrived at the lot, Brad had a car ready for me to test drive, a 2011 Mustang GT/CS. When I first saw it, I complained that I didn't like Mustangs (I had previously been an import fan). Brad asked if I had ever driven one, which of course I hadn't. So we hopped in and went for a drive. Less than 15 minutes into the drive I had decided that I actually like mustangs, and that I had found my next car. Turns out Brad knew what I wanted better than I did. Thanks! More

We realized that I had a screw in the tire of my Jeep Cherokee. Upon arrival my son-in-law asked if they might be able to fix it while we were there. They said they could not repair it but Evelyn called tire places near the dealership to help me find a place for repair. At almost 6:00 I found it could not be repaired and needed a new tire. I went back to Hendricks because the tire store did not have the right tire for my Jeep. The service department went out of their way to accommodate and help fix my problem before I had to drive back to Huntsville alone . They worked late, put on a new tire, and did it with professionalism. Gunter Watkins and Paul Borge made sure my car was road-ready, with a smile, at almost 7:00 pm when I am sure they would have much rather been somewhere else. More

I went to this dealership's service department and asked for help. Brad Horton, a client advisor, spent over 30 minutes going over my SUVs features and was a ton of help. This was my 3rd Jeep and the service department of this dealership is one the reasons I keep buying Jeeps. Thank you Brad! More

Trade in Ms.Acker was very pleasant and was attentive to my requests. She listened and communicated well. She also was kind enough to drive me back to my vehicle after the rransaction. Her portion of the dealings with this dealership were pleasant and I appreciate it. As far as my total satisfaction, contrary to the excellent service I received from Ms.Acker, I was equally underwhelmed by the lack of integrity and with the heavy handed "negotiating" that took place between myself and her supervisor. I firmly believe I presente him with a vehicle that was in excellent condition. In fact, the initial quote I received indicated just that. But when he looked up the book value, he conveniently selected the normal condition value, which obviously was significantly less than an excellent condition vehicle. I clearly communicated that to him but he had absolutely no interest in listening to me or providing me with a reasonable offer. I also understand that I had a choice not to accept it, and in hindsight I should not have accepted it. But I was in a position where I was forced to sell it. What I do have a choice to do, is that I never have to purchase a vehicle, new or used, from any of the Hendrick Dealers. And I can assure you, since I feel he was not negotiating in good faith or fairly, and would not listen to my points, that I feel he has no integrity and I will not deal with him or anyone else within the Hendrick family again.
