Cody Hendrix our service advisor went above and beyond on the repair of our 2023 Ram. He worked with our third party warranty company to make sure all the necessary repairs were made and covered. Through the whole two week process he stayed in constant communication to keep us up to date on everything. Cody definitely exceeded expectations!
My jeep required a third party extended warranty repair which normally requires approvals and waiting on hold, etc. My service writer, Alan, made it so much easier. He scheduled the repair when I was out of town and all I had to do is drop off my jeep and pick it back up. Alan took care of the rest.
The overall experience at the dealership was beyond expectations.. my salesman Noah Lanier went above and beyond to get me in the car thanks to all Hendrick staff members who worked with me to close this deal definitely a 5 star review
