My intentions were to buy a different car when I arrived but with his knowledge and experience he was able to show me the difference in the options and also the price versus what I was previously looking at. Brad knew what I wanted I came to Brad looking for a new daily driver to replace my old BMW. When I first saw it, I complained that I didn't like Mustangs (I had previously been an import fan). Brad asked if I had ever driven one, which of course I hadn't. So we hopped in and went for a drive. Less than 15 minutes into the drive I had decided that I actually like mustangs, and that I had found my next car. We realized that I had a screw in the tire of my Jeep Cherokee. Upon arrival my son-in-law asked if they might be able to fix it while we were there. They said they could not repair it but Evelyn called tire places near the dealership to help me find a place for repair. At almost 6:00 I found it could not be repaired and needed a new tire. I went back to Hendricks because the tire store did not have the right tire for my Jeep. The service department went out of their way to accommodate and help fix my problem before I had to drive back to Huntsville alone . They worked late, put on a new tire, and did it with professionalism. Gunter Watkins and Paul Borge made sure my car was road-ready, with a smile, at almost 7:00 pm when I am sure they would have much rather been somewhere else. More
