BAD EXPERIENCE On 7/12 I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When we test drove the car we noticed it was shaking at 45 mph and 65 mph. Long story short we did the pa On 7/12 I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When we test drove the car we noticed it was shaking at 45 mph and 65 mph. Long story short we did the paperwork that day but it was late. So we were told that the tire issue would be fixed (I had it put on a we owe.) We brought the jeep back the following Tuesday to get the tires inspected and fixed...when we left the issue still was not fixed after 4 hours of sitting at the dealership. We were told "used cars just vibrate sometimes" by the salesperson. From the get go we kept saying it needs new tires, and were told we would get that. Well needless to say the shaking has done nothing but get worse so I took it to the local tire shop I have used for years and they say that 2 of the tires are already separated and a 3rd is starting. That no one should have been allowed to leave anywhere with those tires on that vehicle. I understand it's used (this is only one of the list of things wrong with the vehicle we have found out since we bought it.)....but TIRES is a safety issue and a BIG DEAL!! This was our ONLY complaint from the start and to now find out these tires were in terrible shape leaves me extremely upset that your dealership would even let someone leave with that being a safety issue. NOW we are spending $740 on all new tires when this expense could have been included in our deal at the dealership and just affected our monthly payment which we were COMPLETELY okay with. I will NEVER recommend anyone here, and I will definitely never return. If you don't care about your consumers safety...you don't care about anything! More
