I worked with Robert Hooks who was a great salesman and took his time to listen and find the vechical I wanted. I would recommend anyone to go and buy a car as Robert is honest and straight forward about every step in the process of getting a new car. I also want to thank Adam L. who looked out for me and made this car buying process stress free as well and took care of questions and concerns. It was a great feeling to drive off the lot in my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thanks again! More

Shopping for Mom made easy! I was in the market for a "nearly new" car for my Mom, who, even at 86, is quite capable of getting behind the wheel! She doesn't drive that often, bu I was in the market for a "nearly new" car for my Mom, who, even at 86, is quite capable of getting behind the wheel! She doesn't drive that often, but when she does, I want her to be in a car that's both safe and dependable. I did a little shopping on-line, and found quite a few potential candidates. Two of those were at Hendrick. I purchased a Corvette from Hendrick several years back, and had a really good experience with both the purchase and follow-up service. That being said, Hendrick was my first destination, and ultimately, my last. My experience, beginning with DeAndre (my salesperson), ending with Chandler, and everyone in between, was first rate, just as I expected it would be. All were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home and to make the deal happen. I already know where I'll be heading when it's time to purchase my next vehicle! More

Second time was As Good As the First! This was the second time I bought a vehicle from Kendrick there in Hoover. We ended up going to Hoover that day because I just didn't have any luck ye This was the second time I bought a vehicle from Kendrick there in Hoover. We ended up going to Hoover that day because I just didn't have any luck yet earlier test drives. I knew they had several cars that I was interested in on the lot so we made the hour or so trip there.The staff was incredibly helpful and the sales person even ran across the parking lot to bring keys for a car we were going to test drive, twice!. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and I will most likely look there first next time. More
