I didn't feel that I was being subjected to a hard sell of any kind. My only complaint is that the building was freezing cold and we were shivering during the long waits to get the paperwork done. Trading Trucks I was supposed to meet with James, but, he was tied up with another customer, so I ended up with Mckenna. What a delight!! I never had a great experience in an automobile dealership until this time. She was a delight. She sat with me during my stay and got everything accomplished asap. We found out that we were raised up in much the environment when we were young. I'll have to admit that I was skeptical about a female salesperson at a car dealership, but, that was soon forgotten. She even took my tag off my traded in vehicle for me. What a gal!! I certainly will recommend her as a great salesMAN. Quite an enjoyable afternoon. More

Wonderful experience Corey Burdine started the process via email but since he was tied up, James Kennedy helped us complete the purchase. They did not have exactly what we wanted in stock, but found the exact car in SC. We had been to another local dealership that was not interested in talking to us unless we wanted to play MSRP. James spent a good portion of his day going back and forth finding the exact car and getting us to the price we wanted to be at and trading in two cars. It was a long process and he was extremely nice and patient through the entire day. Chandler the finance manager was great as well. James even ended up helping a family member buy a car the same day. Since we traded in both cars and it would take a few days, we were put in a rental car free of charge. We purchased on a Monday and was told our car would be delivered by Friday. Due to some unseen circumstances on Thursday we were told the car wouldn't be able to be delivered until late Saturday. About 6:30 on Friday night (which happened to be my husband's birthday) he called and said it had just been delivered! We were very happy with our entire experience  More
