I called to verify that the model I wanted to purchase which was listed on the internet was still on the lot. I was told yes we have it and set up an appointment for the same day. I also got a follow up call from a manager who also reassured me this car was there. I drove 2 hours to the dealership. When I got there I was made to sit and wait - even though I had an appointment. Then it took 4 people and one hour later to figure out the car I called about was not even there and had already been sold earlier in the week. Sales reps were using inappropriate language. More
We went in looking to trade in our car for a bigger car since we have two children now. My experience started as soon as I walked through the door. Very friendly helpful staff without being overbearing or smothering ! The salesman Brad Horton was very knowledgeable about all cars available and the experience was great! Everyone including the sales managers were great and worked as a team and made buying a vehicle from thi cars available and the experience was great! If you guys don't want CERTAIN PEOPLE there as customers, then just say so. I swear, the dealerships and salespeople in this state are so pathetic and incompetent. It's no surprise though. Brad Horton was our primary sales person and was very knowledgeable abou My wife and I started out just comparing trucks for a "what if" scenario. Brad Horton was our primary sales person and was very knowledgeable about the trucks on the lot. We took several for a test drive and narrowed down our options. Since we wanted a 4x4 the selection was limited, but we gave him the listing of what we wanted in a truck and he found several that could be brought in within two days. This is where the dealership really came into its own. We found that there were a few 4x4s on their lot that were one step higher and roughly the same price. Doug, the sales manager, said he had no problem dealing on the trucks already on the lot. We discussed options and worked out a price that would work for my financing. This should also put it in perspective how we feel about this dealer. While I was working on the truck my wife found a Jeep that she liked. Once again Brad and Doug stepped up and made our financing work for her and she loves her new ride. I need to mention the vehicle condition as well. First off they were new so as expected in pristine condition. What I am talking about is the extras that this dealer installs. All of their vehicles come with K&N air filters (lifetime cleaning and oiling), window tint, 3M door edge guards, and several other items that I can't remember at the moment. They do charge you for them, but I checked the charges and they are very close to actual price. No markup. They are very nice touches to have. That brings me to customer service. The only reason I rated "Quality of Work" a 4 is because her Jeep had some bubbles in the window tint and the 3M door guard started to peel off. We called Brad and he made an appointment to have it redone. He brought a loaner vehicle to her work and swapped them out so it didn't inconvenience her. I think you get the idea that we are very happy with this dealer. We have stopped in several times since to have small things taken care of (top off tire with nitrogen, another perk they install) and there has never been any delay or fuss. My recommendation for buying a vehicle is always do your research and test drive everything you can. Then, if you start leaning towards a Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, or Jeep stop by and see what the sales team can do for you. They did right by us. More
