Fantastic service in Service dept. & Collision Ctr I experienced the best service I have ever had in the Collision Center and Service Department at Hendrick Jeep. Even though I have never had any expe I experienced the best service I have ever had in the Collision Center and Service Department at Hendrick Jeep. Even though I have never had any experience in these departments of this dealership, Amber and Jimmy Cole in the Collision Center made us feel like we were old friends getting special treatment when we brought our Jeep in after a minor accident. I seriously could not believe how helpful and informed they were. Not only that, as busy as they were, they couldn't have been more patient with or friendly and kind to us. Paul Borge in the Service Department not only ensured that the service was performed in a timely manner, but also performed needed recalls that another dealership in town informed us couldn't be done for 6 weeks.
