I was unhappy with them. It was like pulling teeth trying to get assistance. Then after finally getting somebody to assist me we were unable to reach an agrement. I called them after I sold it & they never came. All together I waited for about 2hrs on them not to mention I did contact them prior to going to another place to sell. I used an Internet car finder service that listed Hendrick as the closest dealer participating in their network. I contacted the dealer for a price quote on the Ram truck I was interested in. I was contacted back by a very nice gentleman named Logan. He corresponded via email and phone with me and we had a price negotiated on a truck selected from their website that had the options I desired. I told Logan I was interested in leasing the truck, gave him my trade information, and what payment range I'd like to be in. Logan said he discussed the deal with his boss, Boomer, who said they would be willing to do the deal I wanted. I drove over two hours to the dealer and upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist. I asked to speak with Logan, but was told to wait. I was put with another sales associate who had no knowledge of my deal and had not been involved with the process. She was very nice, but we had to begin the process from scratch even thought I told her repeatedly that Logan had all of my information and I'd been communicating with him all day by email and phone. I even showed her the emails. The dealership was fairly busy, so I remained patient and followed the process. We test drove the truck I wanted and it was acceptable. I provided my keys so my trade could be evaluated. After waiting a long period of time, Boomer Browning introduced himself to me. He told me that he ran the numbers (which had supposedly already been done before I drove down) and quote me a monthly lease payment $200/mo higher than I was told before driving down. Once I mentioned to him that I'd worked with Logan and already had all the numbers worked out via an Internet buying service, he said, "Oh, well let me get those numbers". Boomer returned and gave me a quote for a payment that was about $175/mo higher than the payment I'd agreed to before making the two hour drive down. At this point, I knew I'd been baited. I told Boomer I was disappointed that they were not honoring the deal they had made, that I had in writing via email, and I would like my key returned so I could leave. He continued trying to sell me the vehicle and asked me, "If we can get to your payment would you buy the truck?". I told him I was a man of my word and I expected him to be a man of his word. He disappeared and came back a few minutes later telling me there was no way to get my payment in the truck I wanted but would I be interested in another truck. I told him I'd consider it, and picked another truck. After testing driving and agreeing on a truck, the numbers game continued...still WAY above my desired range. Finally I got my key back and left. I ended up buying a truck from another dealer with more features than the one I intended to by from Hendrick for a monthly payment in my desired range, confirming that I was being duped at Hendrick. I went to Hendrick to purchase a car. I knew what my credit score was & I knew I had some bargaining room due to that. I filled out ONE credit application & the next thing I knew they had pulled my cre credit score was & I knew I had some bargaining room due to that. I filled out ONE credit application & the next thing I knew they had pulled my credit no less than EIGHT times claiming there were trying to find me the best deal. I immediately got up and walked out, I am not dealing with a company that does business like that. A few days later I went to another dealer in town they pulled my report once & said that my score had been impacted by Hendrick but I was still able to get a good deal. I bought my Jeep from them & was very happy with the other dealer. There has been a recall on my Jeep so I called my dealer to see if I could come in on Saturday to do it & unfortunately the guy that handles the recalls only works once a month on Saturdays so I was stuck going to Hendrick. The service department is just as bad if not worse. I made an appointment (I was told to come in between 9 & 10) and I showed up at 9:15. NO ONE that works in the service department seems to know what is going on as there is ZERO organization. I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting on someone to help me and finally I spoke up & asked someone just standing around if he worked in service. He did not but he said would find someone that does another 10 minutes goes by & FINALLY someone in service helps me. I was told it would take no more 30 minutes to do (its 9:35 by then). 30 mins comes & goes and at 10:30 I was finally ready to leave. I get in my vehicle & a quarter of my gas is gone & my MPG has dropped tremendously too. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT ON THAT PROPERTY AGAIN. BE WARNED THEY ARE BAD. More
I called to verify that the model I wanted to purchase which was listed on the internet was still on the lot. I was told yes we have it and set up an appointment for the same day. I also got a follow up call from a manager who also reassured me this car was there. I drove 2 hours to the dealership. When I got there I was made to sit and wait - even though I had an appointment. Then it took 4 people and one hour later to figure out the car I called about was not even there and had already been sold earlier in the week. Sales reps were using inappropriate language. More
We went in looking to trade in our car for a bigger car since we have two children now. We was placed with Brad Horton and he was amazing I told him the car we was wanting to purchase and he was able to g since we have two children now. Would go back again if I ever need a car and would definitely send my friends and family to Brad and Hendrick to purchase their automobiles. More
My experience started as soon as I walked through the door. Very friendly helpful staff without being overbearing or smothering ! I am not a huge fan of car shopping but, if I ever need a new car I know where I am going !!! It was a great experience !!! The salesman Brad Horton was very knowledgeable about all cars available and the experience was great! Everyone including the sales managers were great and worked as a team and made buying a vehicle from thi cars available and the experience was great! Everyone including the sales managers were great and worked as a team and made buying a vehicle from this dealership very easy. I highly reccomend buying from this dealership and will continue doing business with Hendrick's. More
I'm not even going to get too deep into why I am so disgusted with these guys at Hendrick, all I'll say is that you guys absolutely suck. If you guys don't want CERTAIN PEOPLE there as customers, then just say so. I swear, the dealerships and salespeople in this state are so pathetic and incompetent. It's no surprise though. Thanks Logan, Ed, and Fred for wasting my time and being so unprofessional and lame! More
