Professional and hones I have burned by car dealers in the recent past. So, when I came in I was very skeptical. I brought a friend with me because I had not been able to pu I have burned by car dealers in the recent past. So, when I came in I was very skeptical. I brought a friend with me because I had not been able to purchase a car properly - without being taken by the dealership. And, my friend want to help me straighten out my debt. James Kennedy was very professional and honest. When there was a problem after the purchase of the car James worked hard to right the situation. I admire that!!!! I must say (this has nothing to do with James,) I do not know why on earth you insist that your salesmen tell their customers that if we do not rate them a ten they will not be paid. That is unfair to the salesman and the customer. You have trained your salesmen!!!!! They will do a good job because of their training. And, I would like to be the one who gives James all tens because I want to, not because the dealership bribed me or shall I say threatened me and James. Chris Cornelius was wonderful in helping us with the paper work. It was a long and tedious job and Chris was excellent in explaining everything and making us feel comfortable with what I was signing. My experience was absolutely wonderful ....Michael was my sales person...He went far above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer, and meet my ne My experience was absolutely wonderful ....Michael was my sales person...He went far above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer, and meet my needs in what I advised him that I wanted in a vehicle. He was patient, kind and very helpful with information on each car (and there were many) that I asked him to check for me. Michael gave me an honest opinion on each vehicle I discussed with him....for me that was very impressive. When I finally decided with his invaluable help ......he helped me through the finance process... AND then had my car delivered!!.....250miles from Birmingham!!! To end the story on an even more positive note....there was a small problem I found with the vehicle ...and he set me up service and repair in Mobile the very next day!!
