Bad Experience Skylar Sumners is the only person at hendricks that did a complete job.From start to finish . Skylar took care of all the details. He has a great personalty, made my family feel like we have a great new friend. The first offer on my trade in was 6500. I did my homework. KBB value was 9500 to 11000. I dont know who made the offer but it was an insult. After a long time in a small office the offer was 9000 on my trade. hendricks did not come down on price of the truck. That was the deal take it or leave it. It was the truck we were looking for. My trade in was on web site a few days later for 14500 Chris Cornelius had % rate of 4.99 when i asked about it he said rates have gone up. I told him i have a 800 plus credit score he changed it to 3.5% that changed my payment 150 dollars a month lower. He did not try to find lowest rate. I got a letter about disclosure an talked to Angela Finley. She never called me back. What a GREAT place to buy a car!!! I did talk to Sr. fi man about Chris and core values what a joke. More

This was my husband and my first time purchasing a vehicle in another state sight unseen in person. Russell sent us pictures and videos and answered all our questions truthfull .
