Car died 3 days after purchase Bought a used car without the warranty, and drive it about 200 miles. 3 days after purchase, it does and won't start. I called Hendricks to see if they could help fix my car, and they won't even return my calls. It also took over 5 HOURS to purchase this car from them!! Will not go back and will spread by word of mouth and on social media how terrible they are!! More

FIVE STARS I upgraded from a Honda civic to a LEXUS!! I saw the car on the lot, and had to have it! James helped me through the whole process, and was very laid I upgraded from a Honda civic to a LEXUS!! I saw the car on the lot, and had to have it! James helped me through the whole process, and was very laid back and honest. I loved that he wasn't pushy, but just down right honest.
