Though car buying is never a quick process, the team at Hendrick has made each of our experiences extremely simple and has helped to ensure that we received the best financing options. Our most recent purchase, a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Edition, was a very spontaneous decision while having service performed on my wife's 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After spotting one on the lot, we stepped in to see our good friend, Adam Lader, who immediately recognized us and set us up with our salesman, Jeremy Greenwood. Jeremy's outgoing personality made my wife and I feel right at home throughout the process. Adam and Jeremy worked together with us to quickly agree on a price we could not refuse. Since the purchase, Jeremy has continued to keep in touch to ensure we are enjoying our new vehicle. As luck should have it, my wife was in a minor accident (she was not at fault) just slightly over one week after buying her new car. While we were on vacation, one of our family members took the Jeep to Hendrick for an estimate. As she left the appointment, she was rear ended in front of Hendrick! Again, luckily no one was injured. Jeremy ran out to make sure she was ok, comfort her, and then drove her back around to the collision center. Traveled 147 miles to be lied to I found a 2016 Nissan Frontier at your dealership, on the internet of course. With only 37,000 miles ( vin. 1N6AD0ER5GN702518 ). I called the dealership and spoke to a sales person by the name of James Kennedy. He informed me that he was the sales person that dealt with the individual who traded that truck in. After discussing the condition of the truck and the price of it as well, I decided that this could be the truck for me. I informed James that I would be coming from Chattanooga Tennessee, a 147 miles one way trip. James assured me that it would be well worth my time and that I would be getting a sweet deal and a beautiful truck. I have to admit, the truck did look good on the pictures I saw on the internet. The next day my brother and I made the trip to Birmingham with full intentions of buying this truck. Once we arrived we met James immediately and he took us directly to the truck. Once my brother and I got within 30 foot of the truck we knew that something was not right . As we got closer we could see that the truck had hail damage all over it, I told James immediately that this will not work. James insisted that he was not aware of the hail damage, even a blind man could see it. We briefly looked and see what else they had on the lot and on the internet, I was too mad to talk. After about 30 minutes of being there, we got out. James Kennedy was dishonest to me, the whole day was a waste. We drove back to Chattanooga without a vehicle and was very disappointed. More

Seached other dealers stock on the internet and Hendrick seemed to have the largest selection. would have liked to purchase from my local dealership but over the past year of watching their stock they only keep one or two unlimited jeeps unless you count right hand drives. great for the local mail carriers. MY wife and I travelled to B'ham and were met by DeAndre who took care of us and helped us with our purchase despite my picking at him all day. The internet stock is a little misleading as they did not have in stock the jeeps that were listed but were at other locations. In the end I have been very satisfied with my new wrangler and the process. All of the personnel were very nice and accommodating. More
