Out-of-Town Buyers BEWARE Our first, only and last experience with Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I saw a car on their website that I was interested in taking a closer look Our first, only and last experience with Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I saw a car on their website that I was interested in taking a closer look at and potentially buy. I live about 90-100 miles from the dealership. So I contacted the dealership and spoke with one of the sale associates to inquire more about the vehicle I was interested in. The Sales associate confirmed the car was still available and answered all of my questions about the vehicle. So I informed the Sales associate that I was really interested in seeing the vehicle at the dealership, but I'm about 90-100 miles away and it would take me about 1.5 hours to get there. The Sales associate took my cell number, said no problem and the vehicle will be moved to the front of the dealership for easier access when I arrive. 1.5 hours later I arrived to the dealership to find out the vehicle I drove 90-100 miles for had been sold and no longer available. I did not received not one called during that 1.5 hour drive from anyone at the dealership to inform me that the car I was interested in is currently being sold. After arriving at the dealership I was met with whats seems like total confusion and chaos. When I finally spoke with the Sales associate I had been speaking with he informed me the car was brought to the front of the dealership and was sold soon after. When I asked the Sales associate why didn't you or anyone from the dealership call to inform me the car has sold, the Sale associate stated he was unaware it sold. It wasn't until after speaking with a member of the management staff I received a reluctant apology. If coming from long distances to make a purchase at this dealership BEWARE the vehicle may or may not be there when you arrive. More

Fraudulent Advertising We drove 5 1/2 hours to pick up a 2016 Chrysler T & C. They had advertised it as having never been in an accident and promised it would be detailed We drove 5 1/2 hours to pick up a 2016 Chrysler T & C. They had advertised it as having never been in an accident and promised it would be detailed and ready for pick up the next day. We arrived at a few minutes after 8. They brought the van out to us at 9. I hadn't been detailed..there were spills on console near floor, black fingerprints on headliner, dirt/mold on headliner, spills on seat. It had been in some sort of accident as rear liftgate had overspray and paint was rough to the touch. There were 2 cracks in the bumper and inside the plastics were all scratched up. For a van that only had 17,000 miles, it was not as advertised. We were out hubbys pay for the day and 11 hours in driving. When we were told the out the door price their were addons not disclosed on their internet ad. Overall worse experience ever. We ended up driving to North Carolina and getting same van with only 10,500 miles, interior immaculate, had 2 dvd screens and we paid only $500 more. Their pricing and advertising is fraudulent. Customer service was the worse. Our salesman said we were particular and should buy new. Hello, 2016 was the last year Chrysler made the T & C. He was unknowledgeable and had a I Dont Care Attitude. No apology for lying and inconveniencing us in the least. I would have never brought a dirty van to buyers. Stay away from this dealership as they truly dont care about anything but money. Don't be fooled by the Christian music playing in the lobby as they don't have the morals to go with it. More
