I wanted a specific truck and had been looking for a while. They did not have anything close on the lot. I walked back in to give the guy a chance to prove himself. He introduced himself as Cortez and after some small talk found out he was an alumnist at the school at which I teach. He sat at his computer I told him what I wanted and set back and let him work. After a few trips out of the office he came back and said we have this truck. It was close but not exactly right. The good thing for him it was the same two tone paint as my previous truck of 15 years. He and the sales manager made some negotiations to get the truck close to what I was looking for and after some sweat and hard work Cortez had sold another truck. So far I have been extremely happy with the truck, the service and the attention to detail from all members at Hendrick Dodge in Hoover ,AL.
