Easy & quick! I was not looking forward to car shopping & thought being in Hoover it would be expensive for the rich people lol! No integrity. Taken for a fool. Lied to twice. I would not recommend anybody to this dealership. I am a first time buyer I went in bought the car of my dreams only to find out they were hiding hole I would not recommend anybody to this dealership. I am a first time buyer I went in bought the car of my dreams only to find out they were hiding holes and gashes in my steering wheel with a steering wheel cover. I was hoping I would have some guidance since I am a first time buyer. I was told I would have a steering wheel cover in a week after a wrote a bad review and shook hands with the guy at the dealership hoping it least one person had integrity and would tell the truth. But a week flys by and I haven’t received a call or a a new steering wheel. I encourage everybody to think twice before picking this dealership. They do bad Business. I was hoping giving them a second chance to make things right would happen and work out but it didn’t. I am so fed up with being lied to and taken advantage of. I encourage everyone to pick another dodge dealership because this dealership lacks the integrity to do good business. They let me walk out of there with a 30k car knowing what was beneath that steering wheel cover and for them not wanting to fix it and sell it to a first time buyer that has no experience ever really shows this dealerships true colors. If anybody would like to see pictures of what I am talking about feel free to message me if you are thinking about giving this dealership a visit because I would not like for anybody else to be lied to or taken advantage of. I really hope this dealership gets there act together by the way they try to get around things to strike a quick deal with somebody inexperienced. I honestly don’t want anything to do with the vehicle I bought from them or that dealership ever again I’m not even happy with my dream car because of this. And it’s sad my whole family purchased cars from this dealership and now they will never purchase another dodge from Hendrick in hoover\vestavia ever again. I advise everyone to pick another dealership until this dealership gets there act together along with there integrity. I rate this dealership a 0-5 stars. I am also a veteran in the United States Army and would never steer anybody wrong and to think this would be done to a veteran blows my mind as well. I will boycott this dealership along with my family as long as I live. God bless More
