Excited for SRT I was trying to find a SRT Grand Cherokee to replace a smaller vehicle as my family grew. Experience My husband had been in contact with Marquis for about a week before I finally went to the dealership. Once I arrived there I spent an entire day there My husband had been in contact with Marquis for about a week before I finally went to the dealership. Once I arrived there I spent an entire day there trying to give them different information. After going there twice in two days and having spent a full day there both days I almost gave up on Hendricks because it seemed as though they couldn’t comprehend that I didn’t want a Journey or the Caravan. Once my husband kept calling trying to get in contact with John Porter (the one trying to force the Journey on me) for a few days and never receiving a call back he was put with Shaun. Shaun ended up working everything out. Shaun and Marquis listened to us and knew exactly what we needed and wanted. It took a few days after getting everything settled to get the car I wanted but nonetheless I got it. When I came in to test drive the truck Cody helped out because Marquis was at the other dealership in Pelham. The finance manager was very nice, Marquis, Cody and Shaun all helped out and got everything done in a timely matter and made sure I was taken care of. Again it started off stressful but I had a good ending! More
