DODGE 4500-5500 BEWARE SHOP CAN NOT SERVICE. My truck was delivered there 4-11-19 service tech I will not name said it would be in the shop the following wednesday the 4-17-19 and he would let m My truck was delivered there 4-11-19 service tech I will not name said it would be in the shop the following wednesday the 4-17-19 and he would let me know in a day or two what they were going to do bowing oil out of engine is the cause of it being there, I called on the 24th he was unavailable so i sent an email I waited till 5-1-19 to call waited on hold for 19 mins he finally came to the phone we have not looked at the truck the lift He says they only have 1 car lift for trucks and it is tied up it will probably be 2 more weeks before they can look at it WOW. Beware of buying a DODGE 4500 or 5500 this truck was at the shop in mobile Alabama at auto nation for 9 weeks for an oil leak prior to this happening, it made it 312 miles before it broke again. they said the same only one lift there as well.
