So I previously worked with CORDELL SCOTT, JOHN PORTER, COREY SCOTT and also interacted with ADAM LADER. I would like to explain my entire process from beginning to end. So from the day that I searched for COREY SCOTT and also interacted with ADAM LADER. I would like to explain my entire process from beginning to end. So from the day that I searched for the vehicle, everything seem like it was fine as everything progressed. I noticed that they were trying to become more eager to sell the vehicle. I stated I would wait the weekend to decide if I wanted to purchase the vehicle so two days past they informed me that the vehicle was still available because I wanted to think about it. So I decided to go back in after a few days I noticed that there were some things that were wrong with the vehicle, and I wanted to make sure that they were repaired and fixed before finalizing any paperwork. Corey and John assured me that everything was going to be fixed before any paperwork was signed. I informed them that I didn’t want to run my credit without making sure all of these issues were fixed. The issues weren’t fixed, and I was never told. My credit was ran after they assured me, everything was fixed. After I finalize the paperwork, that’s when all the issues began with the vehicle. They had to repair an oil pan on the vehicle mind you I test drove the vehicle three times never once did they mention that. They put me & two other people at risk with test driving that vehicle the vehicles engine could have seized up while I was driving and could have caused an accident and I could have died and so could have the other people. Mind you the day that I signed the paperwork I couldn’t even leave with the vehicle because they had to repair that issue. So I went three days without a vehicle after signing for a vehicle. So after finally bringing the vehicle home, I noticed that there was more issues with it. The traction light came on that had to be fixed. I informed him that the steering wheel kept pulling towards the left. They had to fix that the vehicle also had leaks from the roof that I didn’t discover until it was a bad rainstorm in Alabama that had to be repaired as well. The vehicle also came with a winch which wasn’t working so that had to be repaired as well mind you all this happened within less than 30 days of even owning the vehicle. I have had to go to this location several times to have the vehicle repaired and fixed after they assured me everything was working fine. I’ve communicated with them numerous of times I informed them of these things my vehicle had to be brought up to that location at least three times Within a 30 day period. And each time I had to leave the vehicle to then go back a few days later to pick up the vehicle. I was never sent home with a rental. I was never offered a rental so I had to wait on somebody else to bring me to that location just so I can pick up the vehicle. Their response time is terrible. I’ve recently had an issue with the radio, so the radio decides to want to cut off and on from whatever speakers it decides that it wants to play from. I brought that to their attention they informed me that it’s an aftermarket and there’s nothing they can do about it. So when I just recently went this last time regarding the radio, I spoke with “Adam Lader he informed me that John Porter is his boss and he would inform John and have him reached out to me. He also assured me that we would get the radio fixed and get me squared away. “ Now let’s talk about Cordell Scott and John Porter So both of them are very friendly and cordial, but that’s just the snake salesman tactic they pretend to be friendly with you and smiling your face. From that last interaction after I asked Adam to have John reach out to me. He never did. Corey is very deceitful and will explain the payment plan and will choose a different one without your knowledge with a higher interest rate to benefit them. So be very weary with interacting with all of the individuals that I’ve mentioned. If I could put more, I definitely would, But there is a word limit to how many work that can be added. More
