Great People work at Hendricks! I came in for an oil change and literally had a handful of coupons I downloaded from your site to save extra money. I apologized to the service perso I came in for an oil change and literally had a handful of coupons I downloaded from your site to save extra money. I apologized to the service person for all the coupons, but explained to him that I had just been let go from the company I worked for and was tight on money. When the car was ready for me to pick it up, the service person told me that I was all set to go. When I went to pull out my wallet, he reiterated that "You're all set". There was a credit card receipt and the bill was marked paid. I was waiting for John Quinones to pop out from the waiting room and interview me as nothing like that has ever happened to me before. I thanked him and shook his hand, and wished to him that his act of kindness come back to him 10 fold. What a great employee, and I would be proud to have someone like that on my team.
