Saturday, I went to Hendricks Cheverlet to get Service on my truck. And I walk over to Hendrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep to look at used Challengers and Mr Quentin Watkins came out and ask me do I need some help? my truck. And I walk over to Hendrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep to look at used Challengers and Mr Quentin Watkins came out and ask me do I need some help? I as him did they have any used Challengers? Mr Watkins show me around at the Challengers they had. God knows I didn't have no intentions of buying a car, but Mr Watkins talk to me and my next thing, I was buying a car. Thanks Mr. Watkins More

Went WELL above my expectations I was looking for a very specific car and searched the web all over the country for it. It was a low-mileage 2017 Chevy Camaro LT 6 cylinder with the I was looking for a very specific car and searched the web all over the country for it. It was a low-mileage 2017 Chevy Camaro LT 6 cylinder with the 2LT trim and all of options Chevy offered. Not an easy car to find and I found one at Hendrick CDJR in Birmingham with a 6-speed manual, which is a must-have for me. I live in Huntsville so my son and I headed down on a Saturday morning and met with James. I expected the typical used car salesman to be honest so my guard was up. We drove the car and I fell in love with it right away. However, after we got out and started looking closer at the car and noticed the rims had a bit of curb rash, a tiny chip of paint was gone on the edge of the drivers door, a very deep scratch was found on the lower passenger door, and the HUD wasn't working. I wanted the car but struggled with the idea of paying that much knowing I would end up having to get my son-in-law to fix the paint and rims issues (they were going to fix the HUD on the spot). James didn't realize some of the damage I had found so he offerred to fix the HUD under warranty, fix ALL rims (which I did NOT expect), fix the chip and fix the scratch, as well as deliver it to me when all items were completed. That was a super deal, at that price, to get the car good as new. Sure enough, next Saturday they rolled into my driveway with my shiny red Camaro looking absolutely like a new car. Totally the best service and sales experience I've ever had with a car dealer, (minus the ridiculously long wait that day to actually do the paperwork but that was a rare incident and it wasn't his fault). Thank you James Kennedy and Hendricks CDJR for treating me right!!! More

Great dealership! One of the best I’ve ever been too. It had a very clean and visually stimulating building and layout. The salesman, Austin, was extremely helpful and courteous.
