Customer returned to dealership after purchasing 5 months prior saying we owed her a DVD player. Obviously we were surprised and ask to see paperwork stating this. Customer stormed off.

This is what really happened. I spoked with saleman within the same week of purchase about headphones and remote missing. He stated he checked for items that wasn't located and they would have to be ordered. Two weeks later I called salesperson to see if items came in. He responded he will check with the service center. I called him again and was told that was his off day and he would check if they were in when he returned to work. So yesterday since it was time for my oil change, I said let me just see him in person. Front desk told me I could tell my issue to the manager. This is the same manager whom stated unless I had $5000 then I could only qualify for 2017 even I had just had 2019 totaled that the insurance with gap paid it out. I didn't have a reason to storm off. I stated I thought that since the salesperson whom worked under you didn't do stand by his word, it was only right for you to so don't tell me you understand my problem because you don't. And that was it. You don't deserve that one star now for that lie. God knows what happened. Another thing I got my 2019 thru ADAMSON FORD. The staff including manager made sure everything was good even checking behind saleman. Did you? And before you ask I was going back but we were passing by and my partner saw the charger so we stopped.
