James went out of his way to bring the vehicle we wanted to look at to us and to let us evaluate it on our time and terms. Adam was very helpful in detailing lease vs. purchase options and helped us make the right decision for us. Both took the time to explain every detail and answer every question. With all the "social distancing" now, our time at the dealership was very limited (less than 20 minutes with a huge help from Chandler Miller), but this was all accomplished due to both James and Adam's attention to detail and being able to effectively communicate with us. There were no surprises and everyone was fantastic to work with. We are loving our Jeep and look forward to many more purchases in the future with James and Adam. There are several places to purchase Jeep's in the Birmingham area and all of the prices are relatively the same, so it is the personal service that stands out.
